The purpose of aptitude test is to test students work related perceptions, judgment & reasoning. It keeps the student abreast of the world affairs, current affairs; industry needs & provides career oriented information.
They help the aspirants to learn what is expected in a job interview & improves the applicants self presentation. Various co.’s are using it to assess individuals situation handling abilities & communication skills for employment. It also helps the student to come out of his shell shed his apathy.
